The general idea is to give AL developers more control
- Pass PBI artifacts such as dashboards, dashboard tiles, and report visuals into their AL code. Artifacts will be displayed in the client just as embedded reports are today
- Allow AL developers to pin a specific element (dashboard, report, …) to a page part. That means the user will not be able to change it
- Allow AL developers to control whether the report page selection control is shown in expanded mode (i.e. card page) and independently in normal mode (e.g. rolecenter or factbox)
- Allow AL developers to craft actions that open the Power BI card page and point it to a specific PBI artifact/element
